Can my activity start before the Panel?
To be considered for a Sportsmatch award your activity must not start before the Panel has reviewed your application. If you do start it will not be eligible as we do not consider retrospective applications. We would recommend that you delay the start of your activity until after the panel, but better still plan your application at least 12 weeks before it is due to start.
If on the other hand you have an ongoing scheme and wish to apply for Sportsmatch funding to expand existing activities, this may be considered eligible if you can show significant enhancement with a Sportsmatch award and you wait until after the panel approves your application.
